Tessen CLI

Install, upgrade and uninstall the Tessen CLI.

The Tessen CLI is released on Tessen's public GitHub repository, https://github.com/TessenLab/zero. It requires Node.js 20 or newer, on macOS, Linux or WSL.

Install

curl -fsSL https://github.com/TessenLab/zero/releases/latest/download/install.sh | sh

The installer downloads the release, verifies its SHA-256 checksum against the release's SHA256SUMS, and installs into ~/.tessen/cli with a launcher at ~/.local/bin/tessen. It never uses sudo.

Upgrade

Re-run the install command. It replaces the installed version.

Uninstall

rm -rf ~/.tessen/cli ~/.local/bin/tessen

Check the installation

tessen --version
tessen doctor

The CLI is not published to any package registry. Tessen does not own its name there, so a registry install command would fetch somebody else's package. Use the installer above.
