Pilot and production access
What is open to whom today, what is not open, and how that will change.

Pilot accounts
A pilot account is funded by Tessen with a testing credit rather than by a purchase. The credit is promotional: it is not a payment, is not refundable and cannot be withdrawn, and it is labelled "Pilot testing credit" in your ledger. Spending is capped by the credit's size, and requests are charged at the published prices.
What will change
When Tessen opens paid access, this page and the Changelog will say so, together with how to buy credit and the terms that apply, including refunds. No date has been announced, and this documentation promises none.
Asking for access
Request pilot or ZERO Alpha enrollment from Tessen at hello@tessen.ai, from the account you sign in with. Do not include keys or other secrets in the message.
