• Credential files are owner-only on Windows as well as macOS and Linux.
• Commands without a backing service now say so instead of printing placeholder data.
• PowerShell and shell installers are attached to the GitHub release with checksums.

This records a published release. Coding inference through ZERO is not available to every account yet.
